On 06 June 2009, ALT Inter Corporation Co. Ltd. of Thailand, JRC Powertech of Bangladesh, and I Twenty One Inter Corporation Co. Ltd. of Thailand signed MOU for setting up of a joint venture company. The ceremony was arranged at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre. H.E. Mr. Chalermpol Thanchitt, Ambassador of Royal Thai Embassy in Bangladesh attended the ceremony as Chief Guest.

JRC Powertech, a telecom industry member is working hard to add value to this budding sector by providing the telecom operators and vendors with innovative and high quality solutions at an affordable cost. As part of the JRC’s continuous effort, JRC’s strategic venture partner ALT Inter Corporation Co. Ltd. and I Twenty One Inter Corporation Co. Ltd of Thailand inaugurated their operation in Bangladesh through signing an MOU with JRC Powertech of Bangladesh.

Though we have a vibrant telecommunication sector, there is no full-service indigenous vendor. Local vendors so far are supplying primary products and solutions to operators. ALT (Bangladesh) Ltd. is the first ever full-service vendor in Bangladesh with significant local ownership.

ALT (Bangladesh) Ltd. would specifically focus on providing the operators with energy efficient PU Telecom Shelter, Cell on Wheel, In-Building Solution, Microwave Accessory, DC Fan System, Feeder Cable, Battery, Rectifier, Complete BTS site installation and maintenance, and Optical Fiber Network installation and maintenance. These innovative and cost-effective solutions would reduce both Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) of the telecom operators. This new company seeks to differentiate itself by providing customers with flawless products and superior after sales service.
